Refund policy

I’ve changed my mind / it's the wrong size

• You have 14 days from date of delivery to change your mind and send something back. All items being returned must be returned in as new condition.
• You’ll need to pay £2.99 to get the original order back to us.
• We’ll process a refund as soon as your item arrives back with us. Once this is done it can take up to 72 hours for a refund to show in you account.
• If something's the wrong size, the quickest way to exchange it is to reorder the correct size and then process a return for the item you want to send back.
• You can arrange a return on our self-service page. Or please contact us if you need more help.
