Receiving your order
- You’ll be sent a tracking link as soon as your item is dispatched.
- On the morning of delivery, the courier will send you an estimated delivery time. Although this time can’t be changed you can divert your parcel to a neighbour or safe place.
- However, unless you've ordered lots of items, your order is likely to fit through a standard letter box.
Gift vouchers
- If you select ‘I want to send this as a gift’ on the gift voucher page, you’ll be able to specify the email you want it sent to, a delivery date and a personal message.
- If you don’t select this, gift vouchers will be sent for free to your email address as soon as you’ve paid.
