• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP. We are not VAT registered yet as baby clothing is zero rated for VAT.

4. Shipping

• We ship across the UK using trusted delivery partners.
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
• You’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds

• You may return unused items in as new condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
• Return shipping costs £2.99 for UK customers.
